4. Indian gooseberry (Amla)

Once they have slightly changed their colour, you can turn the heat off and let it cool down. Then, grind the roasted mixture.
Next, you need to heat up some coconut or mustard oil and add the roasted mixture into it. Now, let the mixture heat up for a few minutes. Don’t burn it!
Once the oil mix is ready, take it off the heat and let it cool down before you start using it.
Use this once or twice every week for a few months to see results.
